Activate or Deactivate a Special Offer

Overview

This video shows you how you can either activate to deactivate a Special Offer promotion. This means that you can setup a Special Offer in advance and then activate it when you are ready. A step by step guide can be found below the video.


Steps 

  1. In the Promotions screen, go to Special Offers.
  2. Enter Edit mode.
  3. Use the check box in the Active column to toggle special offers as active or inactive.
  4. Save the screen.

Notes/Caveats 

Even if the Special Offer has been marked as active, it will only be applied if the date is within the start and end dates of the Special Offer.
