Add a Lead Time for a Specific Supplier against a Stock Item
Overview
The following video explains how to add, or update, the lead time for a stock item that you purchase from a specific supplier. You can also define a generic lead time against a stock item and the system will use this if there is no lead time defined against a supplier. This is used when creating purchase orders to see when the items that you're ordering are due to be delivered to your warehouse. There are step by step instructions below the video.
Steps
Openthe stock item if the item is not already open.
Click on the Supplierstab.
Click on the Edit button if not already in edit mode.
Add theLead Timein days against the supplier.
Click on the Save Stock Item button when finished making changes.
