Add Safe and Minimum Reorder Levels to a Stock Item

Overview

The following explains how to add the safe and minimum levels to a stock item. They are used to help you decide when you wish to reorder the items. 

Usage

  1. Open the stock item if the item is not already open.
  2. Make sure you are in the Properties tab.
  3. Click on the Edit button if not already in edit mode.
  4. Set the Safe level.
  5. Set the Min level.
  6. Click on the Save Stock Item button when finished making changes.

You can block update the safe and min levels against multiple stock items, see How To Bulk Update Stock Items.
