Allocating Stock to a Sales Order in Back Order Manager

Overview  

It is possible to allocate available stock to back order sales orders using the Back Order Manager. This video explains the process and step by step instructions are below it.



Steps 

  1. Go to [Despatch | Back Order Manager].
  2. Click Filters and enable the 'In Stock' tri-state toggle.
    1. This filter ensures that only items we currently have in stock are shown.
  3. Green select the items you wish to allocate.
  4. Click the Actions button and choose Allocate Stock.
  5. In the popup dialog box confirm you wish to allocate stock and the total quantity of items you wish to allocate to outstanding orders.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. As the order(s) are fulfilled, then they will disappear from the Back Order list.
