Amazon Courier Service Descriptions

Overview  

When using Amazon channels it is essential that your [System Data | Couriers] Amazon Service Desc is correctly named in accordance with Amazon requirements.

This is to ensure that shipping notifications are sent to Amazon with the required details of the courier service that is being used to ship the packages.

If this is not specified, then no shipping notifications will be sent to any non-FbA Amazon Channel.

Steps 

In order to set these up follow the steps below.
  1. Go to [System Setup | System Data | Couriers].
  2. Click Edit.
  3. For each courier service in the grid that is used for Amazon orders, populate the Amazon Service Desc field.
    1. This must match those that are specified in your Amazon account.
