The following video explains how to anonymise a customer record. This can only be preformed by an Admin user. Step by step instructions are below the video.
Steps
Open the customer record that you wish to anonymise.
Click on the Actions button.
Select the option Anonymise Company Details.
A popup will warn the user that this action is not reversible and that the customer name, address and key information will be overwritten.
Click Yes and then Continue to confirm the anonymisation.
