BigCommerce Stock Price Synchronisation
In order to enable stock prices in KCC to be sent to your BigCommerce channel, the following process must be carried out:
- Go to [Channels] and open your BigCommerce channel.
- Click Edit.
- Go to the [Main | Categories | Category Management Tab].
- Enable the Keep Stock Item Synchronised toggle.
- Click Save Channel.
- Repeat steps 1 - 5 for each BigCommerce channel you wish to enable this feature on.
Note: This setting will also push newly created items within KCC to your BigCommerce channel without them needing to be created separately first.Related Articles
