How Do I Update My Company Details?

Problem/Question

We have rebranded and need the change our company name in KCC, how is this done?

Solution

In order to change your KCC produced documentation and emails you need to:
  1. Go to [System Setup | System Values].
  2. From within the General tab click Edit.
  3. Change the values in the Company Details box as required.
  4. Using the Printouts box you can upload your new company logo.
In terms of your account with Khaos Control Cloud you will need to update this within your admin portal.
  1. Click Account.
  2. Click Update email address / contact details.
    1.  Fill in the values as required.
  3. Click Change company details.
