Change the email contact on a sales order

Overview  

This video explains how you can change the email address that the sales order documentation is sent to by changing the delivery contact on the sales order. There are step-by-step instructions below the video.



Steps 

In a sales order in Edit mode:
  1. Click on the Customer tab.
  2. Select the contact who you want to receive the documentation from the Delivery Contacts drop-down..
  3. Save the sales order will commit the changes.
