Client Query - Imported orders are going into Manual Hold instead of Awaiting Stock

Imported orders from WooCommerce, Shopify, eBay, Amazon or 3rd party APIs are going into Manual Hold instead of Awaiting Stock.
The sales order total does not match the payment amount.  

Solution

The VAT calculation method is different on either the integration end or in Khaos Control Cloud, If the amounts are different, please raise a support ticket.
