Company Class VAT - NET or GROSS?
Question/Problem
VAT is being calculated incorrectly for companies belonging to a single Company Class.
Solution
Company Class is the highest priority variable used within KCC. If there is a mismatch between Company Class and other settings throughout the system then it is the Company Class setting which will be used.
- Go to [System Setup | System Data | Company Classes].
- In the grid ensure that the company class affected has the Order Defaults CALC METHOD set appropriately.
- Setting changes in Company Classes will affect all members of the Company Class being edited.
