Conditions Engine

Overview  

The Conditions Engine allows you to create sets of Conditions and Actions. The Conditions and Actions focuses on manipulating sales orders based on certain criteria.

Specification

Conditions are triggers, that will prompt the system to do something. You can have one or more conditions.
Actions are what will happen to the sales order if ALL the conditions are true.

Configuration

The Conditions and Actions are flexible and can be set against:
  1. Customers, Addresses
  2. Sales Order headers
  3. Sales Order Item lines
  4. Sales Invoice Manager Stages
  5. Sales Channels

Usage

The Conditions Engine while released, is still undergoing testing and more information on how to use this new feature will be available shortly.

Notes/Caveats 

Please be aware there is a delay of 5 minutes for any conditions that have been set actually being applied to sales orders on the system, so if you're testing your condition, please remember to wait at least 5 minutes.
