Convert a Quote into a Sales Order

Overview  

Once the customer has decided that they wish to purchase the items on their quote, the quote needs to be converted into a sales order. The sales order can then have payments added and be processed through the Sales Invoice Manager. A step by step guide can be found below the video.


Steps 

  1. Open the Quotation.
  2. Use the Actions menu to select Convert Quote to Sales Order.
  3. Confirm in the pop up.
