Creating a Global Discount Using a Keycode

Overview  

This video shows you how you can use a Keycode to add a global discount to a sales order. A step by step guide can be found below the video.


Steps 

  1. Ensure the Keycode is in Edit mode.
  2. Use the New button above the Discounts and Delivery Charges grid to add a new line.
  3. Add Sales Order low and/or high value if required.
  4. Enter the required discount percentage in the Discount % column.
  5. The percentage will be applied to the gross total value of the order, excluding delivery.
  6. Save the Keycode.
