Why are customer names appearing twice on shipping label?

Cause

This is happening as your document settings in system setup are set incorrectly.

Resolution/Solution 

1. Go to [System Setup | Document & Email Settings | Document Settings].
   
2. Ensure only one of the following options is enabled:
   
1. Show Document invoice Contact.
   
2. Show Document Delivery Contact.
   
3. Click Save Settings.
