Delete an Address or Contact from a Company Record

Overview  

The following video explains the process to delete an address or contact from a company record. Step by step instructions are below the video.



Steps 

  1. Open the company record.
  2. Go to the Address & Contacts tab.
  3. Click on the Edit button.
  4. If deleting an address, green select the address.
  5. If deleting a contact, click on the address the contact is linked to, then green select the contact in the contact grid.
  6. Click on the Del Item button above the relevant grid.
  7. Click on the Save Company button to save the changes.
