The below will show you how to delete delivery notes in Khaos Control Cloud.
Usage
Open the delivery note.
Click on the red Delete button in the top right.
In the popup, click on the green Yes I Do button, the system will inform you that the process was successful.
Notes
When you delete a delivery note, the system will remove the items from stock, unpost and delete the purchase invoice that was created when the delivery note was saved, reverse any journals that have taken place and remove the invoice from the suppliers statement.
If any of the items on the delivery note have already been sold, then you can’t delete the delivery note.
If any of the items on the delivery are for backorder sales orders, then any allocations will need to be removed before the delivery note can be deleted.
If the payment has been allocated to the purchase invoice, then you can’t delete the delivery note until the payment has been unallocated.
