Drop Shipping an Out of Stock Item

Overview  

This video will show you how to order and, if necessary, drop ship an out of stock item. A step by step guide can be found below the video.



Steps 

  1. Ensure the sales order is saved.
  2. Green select the item(s) that require ordering.
  3. Use the Actions menu to select Dropship BO/PO.
  4. Select the supplier to be used for the purchase order.
  5. In the pop up, select whether the item is to be delivered direct to the customer by the supplier.
  6. Edit the created purchase order if necessary.
