Problem
Channel not working and error message "Error 932: Auth token is expired, User needs to generate a new token for this application" is displayed in the Feedback | Notifications tab.

Solution
There are several reasons why the ebay token has expired - the most likely are listed below.
  1. Your eBay Auth token has expired and needs to be renewed. Auth tokens do need to be refreshed approximately every 18 months - this is eBay policy and not something we can do for you.
  2. eBay revokes a token for security reasons such as a change in account details (password, business name, address, etc).
  3. The user revokes the token.
