Email subject line needs to contain the sales order number

Question/Problem 

The sales order number should be in the email subject line.

Resolution/Solution 

You can change the subject of an email to include the sales order code as follows:
  1. Go to [System Setup | Document & Email Settings | Email Settings].
  2. In the email properties dropdown menu, select the type of email.
  3. In the SUBJECT field replace {{DOCUMENT_CODE}} with {{SORDER_CODE}}.
  4. Click Save Settings.
