Enable or Disable the Discounts Additive Setting Against a Keycode

Overview  

When using keycodes you can configure it so that any discounts can either be applied in addition to any other discounts. The video below explains how to configure this and there are step-by-step instructions below. 


Steps 

  1. Open the keycode.
  2. Click on the Edit button.
  3. Toggle the Discounts Additive as required:
    1. Off, the the customer will only receive the discounts attached to the keycode and will not be entitled to any others.
    2. On, any discounts on the keycode will be applied in addition to any other discounts that the customer is entitled to, for example from Price Lists and Special Offers.
  4. Click on the Save Keycode button to save your changes.
