How to Send Emails

Overview 

To make your workflows faster, Khaos Control Cloud allows you to send emails from within the application. You can send the following documents at a click of a button:
- Purchase Orders
- Statements

Configure your emails settings

By default Khaos Control Cloud will send emails on one of our shared domains, however you can verify your own domain to send emails on behalf of your company. Learn how to configure your emails settings below:

Tracking your emails

You may find that some emails don’t make it to the intended recipient and this could be due to a bounce, spam filter or rejection based on the mail recod used. To see the status of all of youremails sent within Khaos Control Cloud, you can use the Email Manager. 

Testing your emails

Within System Setup > Email Settings, you can change your account to send in test mode. The test mode will allow you to simulate esnding emails from Khaos Control Cloud to check things such as email template design, email settings and verification status.
