Include a Company in the Leads Comm Log Screen

Overview  

You can include a previously excluded company so that they do appear in the communication log, the following video explains how to do this. There are step-by-step instructions below the video.


Steps 

  1. Open CRM.
  2. Click on Leads (Comm Log).
  3. Click on the Filter button to view all excluded companies.
  4. Select the company you wish to include.
  5. Click on the Grid Actions button.
  6. Select the Put Company back to Communications Log.
  7. Click Continue in the popup.
  8. Click on the Filter button and turn the excluded filter off.
  9. The company will be visible in the grid.
