Client Query - Incorrect DPD Service Being Used

Problem

The KCC courier integration selecting wrong DPD service for orders.

Solution

  1. In [System Data | Couriers] table select the DPD entry that is not selecting the correct service.
  2. Click Actions then select Courier Config.
  3. Ensure the Network Code field matches the DPD service required.
