Client Query - Item Not Appearing on Pick Sheets

Problem/Question

One of my stock items does not appear on the pick sheet.

Solution

The most likely cause of this is that there is no stock available. If this is the case, the order will need to be moved to Staging or Awaiting Stock so that stock can be assigned.

It may also be possible that the item has been marked as a Non-Physical Item from within the Options tab of the stock item record. Disabling the toggle will rectify this issue.
