Khaos Control Cloud Data Import Mapping - Price Lists

This page contains the field mapping requirements for Khaos Control Cloud (KCC) customer price list imports and a sample file is attached to this article. In the sample file, our stock item 1976 has two price bandings and is being sold on two separate price lists, Amazon and Retail, using those bandings. The use of bandings is optional.

MANDATORY FIELDS

Only the stock code and the price list name column are mandatory.

Note: For multiple price lists, add a new column with the title of the price list and list the prices for each stock item.

This column HEADER needs to have the same name as your price list in [System Data | Price Lists]. For each row of data, enter the price the item is sold for on this price list.
