Mark a Keycode as a Source Keycode

Mark a Keycode as a Source Keycode

Overview

The first Keycode a customer uses is called their source Keycode. Marking a Keycode as a Source Keycode means that it is available for selection when you're creating a new customer. You can then use the information gained from the source keycodes to track and analyse where the customers have found out about your business. A step by step guide can be found below the video.

Steps

  1. Ensure the Keycode is in Edit mode.
  2. Use the Source Keycode toggle to make the Keycode available as a source keycode.
  3. Save the Keycode.
