Mark an Item as Drop Ship

Overview  

This video will show you how to mark an item as drop ship. These are items that are delivered directly from your supplier to the customer. A step by step guide can be found below the video. 



Steps 

  1. Open the Stock Record for the item you wish to mark as drop ship.
  2. Go to the Options tab.
  3. Enter Edit Mode.
  4. Use the Drop Ship Item toggle to mark the item as drop ship.
  5. Save the screen.

Notes/Caveats 

When added to a sales order, the stock item line will have a terracotta background indicating that it is a drop ship item.
