This video explains how you can change the status of a quotation from unsuccessful to pending, for example if the customer has changed their mind after considering the offer. There are step-by-step instructions below the video.
Steps
Open the CRM screen.
Click on Opportunities (Quotes).
Change the Statusfilter to view unsuccessful quotes.
Selectthe quote you wish to mark as pending.
Click on the Grid Actions button.
Select on the Mark Selected Unsuccessful as Pending.
Click Yesand then Continue in the popup.
Change the statusfilter back to pending to view the quote.
