Overview
The process of integrating Opayo with your Khaos Control Cloud system will need to be done by the Admin user of your system, and will require access your Opayo account.
Step By Step
- Go to [System Setup | Integrations | Opayo].
- Enter your Opayo vendor name as it is in your Opayo account (This is case sensitive).
- Turn on the Test Mode toggle.
- Go to your Opayo (MySagepay + MySagepay Test) account and add our IP addresses specified below to the whitelist.
- 149.202.228.26
- 51.11.168.167
- Create a sales order in KCC and authenticate the payment using the Authenticate with Opayo button ensuring the payment verification comes back (the payment row will turn purple).
- If the payment verification is not returned to KCC, please contact support@khaoscloud.com.
- Turn the Test Mode toggle off.
