Client Query - SagePay/Opayo Error Messages - Information received from an Invalid IP

Question/Problem 

When trying to authorise payments through SagePay/Opayo the error "Failed to Authorise credit card [4020 : Information received from an Invalid IP address." is displayed.

Resolution/Solution 

  1. Log in to your SagePay/Opayo admin portal
  2. Add our IP addresses specified below to the whitelist:
    1. 149.202.228.26
    2. 51.11.168.167
Doing this will allow our servers to communicate with SagePay.
