Question/Problem 

I need to keep track of sales of a specific level 2 stock type, how can I do this when integrated with Xero?

Resolution/Solution 

To do this you will need to map a sales nominal to the Level 2 stock type.

1. First create the Nominal code to be used for this by following the guide here, Creating Nominal Accounts.
   
2. Now go to [System Setup | System Data | Level 2: Type] and click Edit.
   
3. Set the Account Sales Nominal for the Level 2 requiring this and click Save Screen.
   
4. Go to [Accounts | Xero] and click Edit.
   
5. To map the nominal against a Xero sales nominal (not stock) follow the procedure here, Manually Map Nominal Codes to Xero.
