See My Stock On Hand When Reordering

Overview

You may want to see stock on hand when reordering to influence how many stock items to order from the supplier.

Usage

To see the current availability of stock, relative to the previous monthly averages you can follow the below steps: 
  1. On the Navigation Bar, select Stock Tools.
  2. Click the sub-category Reorder Report.
On this page, the information is in the final two columns which are called Monthly Sales Avg and Avail - Monthly Avg. 

Monthly Sales Avg tells us the quantity of items sold per month.

Avail - Monthly Avg tells us the current Available level minus the Monthly Sales Avg figure to indicate whether there is enough stock available to cover the coming month. Note: this field is coloured to help highlight the status.
