Set a Manufacturer against a Stock Item

Overview

The following explains how you link a manufacturer that you have already setup in System Data (see How To Set Up Manufacturers), to a stock item. 

Usage

  1. Open the stock item if the item in not already open.
  2. Make sure you are in the Properties tab.
  3. Click on the Edit button if not already in edit mode.
  4. Select the manufacturer from the Manufacturer drop down.
  5. Click on the Save Stock Item button when finished making changes.

Notes

You can block update the manufacturer against multiple stock items, see How To Bulk Update Stock Items
