Set Couriers Based on Volume

Overview  

This video explains how to set couriers based on the volume of the order being shipped. Step by step instructions can be found below the video.


Steps 

  1. Go to [System Setup | System Data | Courier Bandings].
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Populate the Volume Low and Volume High as required using the same units specified against your stock items.
    1. Stock items MUST have their volume (height, width and depth) specified in order for these options to work.
  4. Click Save Screen.

Notes/Caveats 

Remember that all conditions on the row must apply in order for the system to make that selection.
