Overview
This video will show you how to set up different statuses used in a company record. A step by step guide can be found below the video.
Steps
- In System Setup, open System Data.
- Double click in the Customer Status line to open the table.
- Enter Edit Mode.
- Either edit an existing status or click on the New button to add a new customer status.
- Enter a description for the company status.
- Save the screen.
