How To Set Up Couriers

Before you can start using couriers in Khaos Control Cloud, you need to set them up. This video details the options available when configuring your couriers and step by step instructions are beneath.


  1. Go to [System Setup | System Data | Couriers].
  2. Click Edit.
    1. Edit details of existing couriers as required.
  3. To add a new courier click +New.
  4. Enter the CODE and SERVICE/COURIER NAME as required and select the EXPORT TYPE.
    1. You will need to create a separate line for each courier service, even if the courier has already been added to the grid.
  5. For couriers without an export type enter the SERVICE CODE and SERVICE DESC if you wish them to appear on a CSV export.
  6. If you wish KCC to select the most appropriate courier based on the order specifics compared with Courier Bandings you can use the ON IMPORT-REASSESS and ON INVOICE-REASSESS options as required.
  7. Click Save Screen.
