If you have more than one user in Khaos Control Cloud, you may wish to set up the users with some default options including Sales Source, Site they operate in and an Invoice Priority which will be added to all sales orders created by the user. The Permissions determine what the user is allowed to do in the system.
Steps
Go to [System Setup | User List].
Click Edit.
Set user defaults as required.
Select the row you wish to adjust permissions.
Click Actions followed by User Permissions.
Set permissions as required.
Repeat steps 4 to 6 for each user as required.
Click Ok.
Click Save Screen.
Changes will only take effect after the edited user has logged out and back in to the system again.
