Specify Free or Reduced Price Delivery Using a Keycode

Overview  

Free or reduced delivery charges can be added to a sales order when you apply a keycode to the order. A step by step guide can be found below the video.


Steps 

  1. Ensure the Keycode is in Edit mode.
  2. Use the New button above the Discounts and Delivery Charges grid to add a new line.
  3. Use the Net Amount column to specify either a reduced price delivery, or use zero for free delivery.
  4. Alternatively, use the Order Value % column to set the delivery charge as a percentage of the sales order value.
  5. Tick the Active checkbox to enable the delivery charges.
  6. Save the Keycode.
