Stock Price Synchronisation for 3rd Party API - to be reviewed

In order to enable stock prices in KCC to be sent to your 3rd Party API channel, the following process must be carried out: 

  1. Go to  [Channels]  and open your 3rd Party API channel. 
  2. Click  Edit. 
  3. Go to the  [Main | Setup Tab]. 
  4. Disable the  Don't Upload Stock Status  toggle. 
    1. It is essential you keep this toggle enabled until after you have completed your system set up and have correct stock quantity levels with KCC. Not doing so will result in zero quantities being sent up to the channel. 
  5. Click Save Channel. 
  6. Repeat steps 1 - 5 for each 3rd Party API channel you wish to enable this feature on. 
Notes:
  1. Stock items not specified in the channel set up (if using Upload All Items) must have the Publish To Web option enabled within the stock item record. This is enabled by default on your system and stock items will use the setting from [System Values - Stock] when they are first created.
  2. This setting will also push newly created items within KCC to your 3rd Party API channel without them needing to be created separately first.
