Steps
In the Sales Order , enter Edit mode.
Green select the stock item on the order that you want to prevent the assignment of stock to.
Use the Grid Actions Menu to select Postpone Assignment (On) .
Confirm in the pop up.
To cancel this setting, use the Grid Actions Menu to select Postpone Assignment (Off).
