Toggle the Hidden Status of Stock Items in the On Order List Screen

Overview  

In the On Order List screen in the purchasing area of the system it is possible to hide order lines, for example if the items won't be delivered for a while, then you can hide them. This video explains how to do this. A step by step guide can be found below the video.



Hide a line

  1. In Purchasing, open the On Order screen.
  2. Green select the line(s) you wish to hide.
  3. Use the Actions menu to select Toggle Hidden Status.
  4. Confirm in the pop up.

Un-hide a line

  1. In Purchasing, open the On Order screen. 
  2. To un-hide lines, use the Filters button to select Show Hidden.
  3. Green select the line(s) you wish to un-hide.
  4. Use the Actions menu to select Toggle Hidden Status.
  5. Confirm in the pop up.
