Produce a Proforma Invoice
Question/Problem
Can I produce an invoice for a Proforma order?
Resolution/Solution
As a proforma order can't accept a payment until being converted to a sales order, it is not possible to produce an invoice. It is possible to produce an Order Acknowledgement by:
- Go to the sales order.
- Click Actions.
- Click Print Order Acknowledgement.
- You can then Email Order Acknowledgement if required.
