It is important to remember that grid tags are unique to the grid in which they were created, ie. grid tags created in [Sales Invoice Manager] will not be shown in the [Companies] grid, and vice versa. Most grids in Khaos Control Cloud can utilise this feature.
Usage
Setup the Tags
Open the screen where you wish to use grid tagging.
Click the Cogicon at the top of the grid you wish to add tags to.
Select Grid Tagging, then Edit / Filter Tags.
Click the + Newbutton.
Type the name of your new grid tag as it will appear when your cursor highlights it in the grid.
In the Colour field you can either:
Enter the Hex Code of the colour you wish to use or
Click the Magnifying Glass and and click the coloured box to the right of the popup window. You can now choose any colour from the RGB range in the popup and click OK.
Click Apply and then click OK.
Apply the Tags in a Grid
Select the row(s) you wish to add your grid tags to.
Click the Cog icon at the top of the grid.
Select Grid Tagging.
Select Add / Remove Tags.
Click the Addcheckbox against any grid tag(s) you wish to be applied to the row(s) you have selected.
Click OK.
in some screens it is necessary to close the screen and return to it in order for the data in it to refresh with the Grid Tags.
