Using Customer Return Status

Overview  

This video will show you how to use customer return status in Khaos Control Cloud. This is useful if you wish to record at what stage the return is before it is processed, for example awaiting arrival or arrived and awaiting processing. You can filter for the status in the Customer Return List screen so you can easily see the returns that need processing. There are step by step instructions below the video.



Steps 

  1. Open the Customer Return.
  2. Click on the Edit button.
  3. Click on the Status drop-down and select the status you wish to apply.
  4. Save the return once you have finished editing it.

Notes/Caveats 

You can filter for the different statuses in the Customer Return List screen using the blue filter button.
