Using the Customer Visit Report

Overview  

This video will show you how to use the Customer Visit Report in Khaos Control Cloud. This report gives you an overview of your customer, their address, their order history for both this year and the previous year and contact details. There are step-by-step instructions below the video.


Steps 

  1. Open the customer record.
  2. Click on the CRM tab.
  3. Click on the Visit Report tab, the information about the customer will be displayed.
