Using the P & L Report

Overview  

This video will show you how to use the Profit and Loss report. A step by step guide can be found below the video.


Steps 

  1. In Accounts, open Profit Loss Report.
  2. Use the Filters button to show all transactions, or open transactions only.
  3. Use the Filters button to set the periods shown to Months, Quarters or Years.
  4. Use the Filters button to set the Financial Year to be viewed.
  5. Use the Filters button the filter by Nominal Classification if required.
  6. Use the Filters button to display Nominal Codes if required.
