Using the Stock Value Date Filter

Overview  

This video explains how you can use the stock value date filter to find out your stock valuation on an earlier date in Khaos Control Cloud.


Steps 

  1. Go to the [Accounts | Stock Value] screen.
  2. Click the Filters button.
    1. In the popup window set the start date to any date before Khaos Control Cloud was implemented such as 01/01/2000.
    2. Set the end date to the date you wish to report stock value for.
    3. Enable the date range filter.
  3. Click Go.

Notes/Caveats 

Please Note:
Although the grid will reflect the stock quantities on the date in question, the value will use the current value from within the stock item record.
