2. Enter the email address and password that is associated with the account.
3. Once you’re logged into Zoho, you’ll arrive on your Profile Page.
Feel free to add any information here but it’s not necessary from our side. The important part of this exercise is for you and your business to track and complete ALL tasks required as part of this project.
In the top left of the profile page, click on the cluster of squares and scroll to select Projects. You should see your Zoho Khaos Control Cloud project, as set up by us.
Select your Project, and you’ll see a list of tasks. These tasks are shared by us and you during the project. Note that you are responsible for all of the tasks assigned to you in this list.
•You can click into any of the tasks and you’ll be able to make comments and most importantly, there are links to our Knowledge Base pages for that respective topic.
•When you’ve completed a task, please mark it as closed so we can track your progress.
• If you're not sure about a task and what it entails, ask at your next training session or email training@khaoscloud.com.
Update Tasks
We use tasks to keep track of the entire project and ensure everything is on track. In the normal course of events, the tasks section will be your primary port of call to see what tasks are complete, which need to be worked on next, as well as access Knowledge Base pages about the specific tasks (where relevant). Note that some project tasks will be viewable to you but not editable. Generally, the only tasks that will be assigned to you will be those that you need to complete.
The following details describe how to access and interact with tasks.
Open the task screen
This will display all tasks associated with you. This will include tasks which are visible to you as well as tasks which are assigned to you and are editable by you. Clicking the different fields on this screen will present various options for each field.
Viewing the task screen
Click the tasks link to open it for more detail and expose additional functionality, such as attached documents, comments, issues and so on.
Commenting on a task
Once you've clicked into a task, adding a comment is as easy as typing in the comment field and clicking Add Comment.
Completing a task
To mark a task as complete, click on the status against a task and then click the appropriate option.
You will only be able to edit tasks which are assigned to you. For tasks which are not assigned to you, you will only be able to add a comment.
