View Movements against an Item to Determine when it went Out of Stock
Overview
The below will show you how to view movements against a stock item, which can be used to determine when the item went out of stock.
Usage
The best way to check this would be using the steps below:
- Open your Stock Item.
- Select the Movements tab.
- Click Filters and set the toggles as below.
- Movement Date range toggle off.
- Show movements that make Stock Level toggle on.
- Click Go.
- Click the Move Date column header twice to see most recent dates at the top.
This will give you the movement history of that stock so you can determine when the product was recorded as out of stock (stock level of zero).
